[GRD3] Who knew??

    I saw a post where someone had taken a shot with a GRD3 at 30 seconds (on flickr maybe, or here). I thought to myself "What? All the spec sheets say the max is 8 secs!" - and it is, when you use shutter priority. But if you use manual, the max your shutter speed goes to is 180 seconds. Yes... 180. Colour me fainted. Who knew? (next ridiculously early morning shoot, I'll be taking the ricoh and a second tripod!)

    Any other things GRD3 can do that I haven't yet noticed?

    Interesting! I didn't know that! Will go try with my GRD3 soon.

    OK. I wasnt out early enough to avail myself of a 3 minute exposure with the GRD, but here's a 30 second one.
