Out with the GX1 today and delighted with the camera+20mm combo.
Ian, if I finally pull the trigger on the GX1+20mm that will be your fault!
Seriously, nice work as usual.
Oh lovely! #1 is a framer!!!
So tempted to see how it performs in concert with my PLs 25 and 45 I assume the new VF is a nice bright relief?
Great series Ian. You certainly know how to get the best out of that camera. I struggled doing landscapes with a GH2 and 20mm. Now I know it wasn't the gear - thanks!
Great stuff, Ian. Seems like no matter what camera you use, you're producing a bit of magic
Very nice shots, but then you've proven over and over that you can really make this combination sing!
Thanks folks for the nice comments.
I am delighted with the GX1 and finding it a very worthy upgrade from the GF1 (that I loved to use), I am finding the high ISO on this camera as well as the Auto ISO really great and the AF is considerably faster than on the GF1.
I am still using SFX for my B&W conversions and the results are very pleasing to my eyes.
For those considering the upgrade I can recommend it.
I agree.. the first three also make a great set too.
Great stuff, Ian.
Lovely! The first and fourth ones are my favs.
Excellent series, well done!
Thanks again to one and all fro the nice comments, they spur me on to do even better.
