Hi All, Just joined after recognising a few names on here and liking the look of the site. I'm from a small town called Corby in Northamptonshire. Corby was once nicknamed "little Scotland" because a high percentage of its population were Scottish folks who moved down to work in the Steel Mill here. I've been interested in Photography since my teens but was never serious about it until I bought my first DSLR off Ebay - a Canon 350D. From that I moved on to a Canon 5D. On a holiday trip to Aberdeen I was involved in a minor car accident which left me without a car for 2 days. So instead of taking in the sights of Scotland I hopped on a bus to the City Centre and started taking my first street shots. Thus my passion for street photography began and this has led me to explore smaller cameras. Beginning with the Panasonic G1 which I loved and now I've switched to the Panasonic GH2 and the LX5. Got to admit I'm jealous of you guys who have the Fuji X100 but I think I'll resist that temptation for now and try and concentrate on taking pictures!
