La Specola in Florence, edited

    The Specola of Florence is an ancient science museum, built where the Florence Observatory ("La Specola") once was.

    We spent some hours there, visiting an exhibition showing a crystals collection with huge, rare, beautiful samples.

    Alf, many thanks for again taking us with you on your journey! I would love to know more about that telescope.
