Last Sunday we visited my wife's parents in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Arecibo is a coastal town on the North coast of Puerto Rico. Geographically speaking, it is the largest city in the Island. However, it is for the most part, an economically depressed town, which is more visible in the old "downtown" part of the city.

I have posted photos from Arecibo before, but in B&W. This time around I purposely went looking for color. Hope you enjoy.

    All shot on the M9 with 24mm 3.8 Elmar-M or 35mm 2.5 Summarit.

I really enjoy the weathered colors, in contrast to the fresh green plants.

I have enjoyed your sad photos. On my monitor I think a touch of saturation or contrast would give the photos a bit of pop. I enjoyed the first the best.
