Some pictures I took with my new Nokton f1.2 35mm and the GXR A12-M, I already had the Nokton f1.4 35mm but decided to get the f1.2 to replace it because if you want a low light lens you might as well get the best, right?
So far the lens is fantastic, I prefer the feel and handling of it and the quality is better, it has no fringing, flare and is also sharper but it is very heavy and big, very big actually. Most people will most likely be happy with the smaller and very capable f1.4, for the money saved you can get the fantastic Heliar f4.5 15mm. Still I like my fast lenses so it was worth the extra money.

Focusing is not always easy since the DOF is very shallow.

Wow... Christian... I keep hearing how good the Nokton lenses are... you've certainly done the GXR and Nokton proud here. I love that shallow depth of field IN the first shot!!

Thanks for sharing these Cristian. Just wish I had some M lenses to have to buy an M module!

Cristi, I really like the first one and the first one with the bubbles. Splendid color and isolation thru DOF

I've been using this lens with a Sony NEX-5n, and using the "focus peaking" have found it relatively easy to focus, even wide open in low light. I believe the GXR has something similiar. Could I ask how you find that works?

Cristian, there are some great shots here. The ones that sing off the screen for me are the first and last. I'm interested in your experiences with fast glass on the GXR; I have a 50mm Sonnar 1.5 but it is a little long on the Ricoh body and I have been contemplating a fast 35... Hmmm...

Is anybody here using the Voigtlander lenses on the GXR M-Mount? I have the GXR with the 28 and 50, and have toyed with getting the M mount adapter and some Voigtlander lenses. Can't afford Leica.

    I have used the 35 f/2.5 PII and currently use the 21 f/4 P.
    Both work lovely!

I'm thinking about the 12mm or the 15 mm Voigtlander on a GXR. Any particular suggestions or feedback about those?
