Oh yes, shooting JPEG (not RAW) my best options are setting color temp correctly, and then doing the layer adjustments in PP. So I blew the colors at the outset, then this is what I got. The lighting in that store is very strange, and I think I'm going to need a meter of some kind, since the screen on the camera doesn't help.
