that assumption is wrong.

We were at the overlook at Oakwood cemetery, and I was trying to frame the shot. Finally, zooming in was the only thing that seemed to work.

I captured this at 75mm equivalent:

But it lacked contrast and had too much foreground, so I ran it through Picasa, cropped it and hit the "I'm feeling lucky" button:

It still didn't have enough punch to suit me, so I tried Dynamic Contrast in Perfect Effects 8:

I think the 75mm (e) perspective works decently, but I am open to suggestions for improvements of any kind.
