New 4/3 sensor from TrueSense (ex-Kodak) - 12MP with global shutter

    Over at has more details - TrueSense has announced a 4/3 sized sensor with global shutter and capable of 60 fps (not sure at what size). It has got to be good news for the format that now there are three sensor suppliers available. :biggrin:
    Wonder if Oly would be likely to pick it up given that they started out with Kodak and many people still think their colours were superior.
    Wonder if / when another camera maker is going to enter the scene ( other than video)?

    ... if only Kodak makes a cheaper but more capable version of their 645D MF sensor, and someone sticks it into a Hasselblad XPan.... seriously, this needs to happen.
