I really like the "Mad Men" feel of that second shot.
I've become quite enamored with my phone's camera, as well, Ed.
I love the diaphanous skirt/dress and those sparkling shoes. Very nice - and that wild carpeting against the lady in question's style... Very well seen.
I love that second one also Ed - really wonderful shot.
You inspired me to look on my phone and see if I had anything I'd failed to notice since I'd shot it. I don't often do anything with my iphone shots, so I found this one from back in February that I hadn't given a second thought since I shot it. Looked interesting, so I uploaded it, ran it through Silver Efex Pro, and here you go. Sort of starts getting at that whole hardware vs. PP thread...

Thanks, David. I took it at a Big Band dance concert.
Thanks, BB. Before I got into M43 (but coincident with my disenchantment with my DSLR), I started shooting a lot with the lower res camera on the iPhone 1. Generally poor contrast, off colors, but I made it work. Like any camera, you work around the limitations.
Re: the photo, I really had fun, pure serendipity. Our local orchestra did a special on Big Band and boogie music, and many attendees dressed in 40s and 50s outfits. It was a really fun afternoon.
Ray, thanks, that'sa really nice photo- I actually thought it was taken with a larger sensor camera.
I was absentmindedly looking through my iPhone's photo album when I came across a number f images that I'd forgotten about and failed to download. The four here are a sampler.
I like #1 and #4 best.
More found Images, almost forgotten.
very much like this one, bold colors
Looks like you have more odds than ends. Keep 'em coming.
I agree ... more please.
