    Today i ordered a new GRD4.
My 4/3 gear will be taking a back seat for a while.
    In the past i have had a LX5, and a XZ1.
Both great cameras in their own right, But not for me.
I'm not about to start shooting street, I am hoping however
to perhaps improve the keeper rate of my dog photos.
    Looking forward to it though.

I handled one briefly and it felt great....it begged me to shoot photos which is always a sign of a great camera. ENjoy!

I like the ergonomics of my GRD III and it is nice lens too. You'll have fun with the 4.

I have a GRDiii. It's is a fantastic piece of kit. The image quality from a pocketable camera is amazing in itself. Then you add in the very powerful and natural controls. Great camera.

I have the lll and lV and I find the lV has a slight edge. I really do need to shoot them side by side...in any event you will really have a blast with that camera, mine goes everywhere with me.

The Amazon search lists it as follows:

Ricoh GR DIGITAL IV US 10 MP Digital Camera with 1x Optical Zoom and 3-Inch LCD screen (Black) by Ricoh

I truly love the "1x Optical Zoom".
