Sony Raw, not Compressed Raw

I read that in order to record all important detail, one should shoot images in Raw. It would appear from scaling through the menu's on my a7R ll that only Compressed Raw is offered.

Would someone kindly enlighten me as to where save images as Raw maybe located, and also comment on whether that is the best way to proceed?
