Grabbed this shot the other day taking my oldest son to his buddies house. This little structure is at the entrance to their development and I finally remembered to stop the truck and take this shot.

Yup, I see the Hobbit House now! Is it an old structure? If so, it's great that they kept it, and if not - well it's a great hobbit gatehouse.

Very very tempting!!!!! People at work recon Recoh have a bit of a reputation for going wrong but the GRD3 seems really good. A customer came in and bought the glass view finder and he said that it's the only camera he used these days as it's so good. We have one at work so I'll take some test shots and see what it's like in my hands.

Do you shoot in Jpg or RAW+Jpg?

Very nice in both B&W and color - the B&W is really well processed too.

Thanks for the color version, Dorf. Although I can now see it's a more modern structure, it is still very tastefully designed. Actually, I could probably live there if there were indoor plumbing. I'm a little tall for a hobbit, but I do find their homes very cute.
