Thought I would get this started.
From today. This is Pleasant Pond at the end of the day.
From today. Bailey Island, Maine. Stitched panorama.
Love the panorama shot! Doesn't the RX1 allow for sweep panorama?
It does, although this panorama is a simple stitch. Sweep panorama is fun, especially at parties.
Taken along the coast of Maine with a 9-stop ND filter under the last light of the day.
Just thought I would add a few snaps shots. I feel kinda lonely in here...
Good light is always easier. Flat lighting is much more of a challenge.
Wow I would LOVE to have that camera. You are really lucky!!! BTW- Thank you so much for rescuing your dog!!!!!
Stanley, I am lucky. I sold just a little over 200lbs of gear on ebay to purchase it--that is not an exaggeration (the research microscope came to 95lbs shipping weight by itself). The added bonus is all that extra space I now have--this also pleases my wife (a win-win situation).
I am happy to have rescued our girl.
Cold night tonight.
So, lets see if we can get this thread going.
This was the first time I had time with the RX-1. I went to Brunswick this morning and had a couple of hour to myself.
No flying fish here...
Room for rent
I'm afraid you might be the only one with a RX1!! I wish I had one!
Glad the Scientologists didn't rip the camera off your hand! You were looking to rent a room from them?
Well, I am the only one posting in this thread--there are a few members that have an RX-1.
No, I was not looking for a room. I just noticed the sign. The Scientologists can't be doing that well if they need borders.
Who else has RX1's at SC? I'm so tempted to grab one ...
This camera intrigues me. Would love to see a 50mm version.
Lucille, marcrazon, and Paul Giguere have an RX-1.
In that case, c'mon folks, let's see MORE pics!!! I gotta live vicariously through more people!
The "clear zoom" gives a 50mm angle of view and claims no loss of "detail." JPEG only though.
Mutley, there is a way you could contribute to this thread, and, no, I don't mean by borrowing my camera.
