"Show" reptiles - post your images

    Local Lizard ....... lots of these small things have come out in the last week

    Common Wall Lizard or the European Wall Lizard - 15 to 20cm long of which half is it's tail - surprisingly they live up to 7 years

    From a reptile workshop I attended about a year ago. The largest Timber Rattlesnake I have ever seen . . . so large that the fingers of both hands couldn't meet around its widest point. It was over 4 feet long and over 30 years old. He said it was non-aggressive, but he had a clear tube over its head, just in case. He said the fat Copperhead in #2 was extremely aggressive, and would bite at the slightest opportunity. Nice. This was the most fascinating nature workshop I have ever attended.
