The penultimate day - keep shooting.
Done. Stepped out this morning to find the street looking quite wintry (here in Newcastle, this is as wintry as it gets). Theres a ton of moisture in the air, but apart from this fog and the clouds, no rain to speak of. And, an expected top temp of 41ºC
Rushed for time and struggling for a subject today, this is a puppet we bought on a trip to Myanmar
EM5 mk2 + Olympus 25mm
Gorgeous puppet! Great shot too
Chose this place as you get a good selection of light and contrast through the arches, perfect I thought for someone to walk across then shoot. Only no one walked across and then after taking this one shot, my battery finally ran out.
Pretty fascinating shot, Rayvonn. My eyes keep zigzagging between the two arches as if the mind was trying to blend together those two cars in the foreground - I guess it wouldn't work if they had different colors.
(Heck, it's still raining like mad over here. Looks like another in-house shot today.)
Tonight's soup, deconstructed (or rather, not yet constructed!).

Winter has returned. X-E1 + Rokkor 24mm/2.8.
Excellent, I'm thinking of preparing, cooking and serving that just looking at the picture.
Another blue hour shot, this time of our neighbors, the Virginia Military Institute:

Nothing for yesterday and pretty lame shot for today.... limping to the finale!

Ricoh GR and me, just not in the mood today. Tripod, timer, two pics taken. One respectably nice and this. I decided to go with this. Respectably nice didn't fit in with my SiJ theme.
Back in Boston after a late night flight. Took this image as I walked by the newly renovated public library on the way to grab some dinner.

Another near miss today - due to time constraints. This is a snap at the place we had dinner - bad light, but at least this actually caught my eye; S95, 28mm-e:
