Recently I found that pages would just hang or load incompletely when visiting this site from my main home desktop PC. Was driving me crazy. Many other sites seemed to be loading okay, and this forum was loading okay from my phone. Turned out to be my DNS settings. First I changed them to use Google DNS, but no improvement. I then used a free tool called DNS Jumper, which identified my fastest DNS option in one click and enabled it with a second click. Could not have been easier, and my site performance problem was fixed. This article explains how to quickly and easily find your best DNS option and implement it on Windows or Mac: http://lifehacker.com/5848823/dns-j...server-for-you-and-applies-it-with-two-clicks If anyone knows similar utilities for Linux, please chime in. If you're finding site performance to be a problems. Please try DNS Jumper or the Mac OS equivalent. If still having problems, and it seems to be specific to this site, post about it in this thread, and I'll see whether it's a server issue.
