Some recent pics with the new Lumia. Pretty amazing image quality for a phone camera.
Very impressive! Those ducks especially blow me away - especially because I'm more familiar with mallards than the other subjects. I know someone else who has one and is in love with it. I've sworn to get my next phone for its camera, but all my apps are Android! I'm hoping an Android rival will come along.
Its quite a big sensor, when you think about it. I think the sensor in my iPhone 4S is a 1/3.2, and the sensor in the Lumia 1020 is 1/1.5: bigger than our Olympus XZs and Pentax MX1s and Panny LXes. Not bad for a phone, really.
I agree. Those photos are very nice.
