As well as a good BBB record. It' a C because they aren't a BBB member. It's been reported that unless you join and thus pay BBB, they will not give you an A. This vendor has responded to every complaint. The bad vendors tend not to.

Hmm, and Panasonic has an SRP of $499 for the upcoming LX7... I don't think that's going to work out too well for them. The RX100 looks to be a stellar camera.
