I usually don't like horizons dead center, but I think it really works in the top one because of all the negative space at the top. Very pretty.

Like them both a lot, I might have cropped the sky a bit on the second, down to the cloud bank
Nicely exposed, watch your horizons, the first is tilting to the left and the second appears to have a slight lean as well.
thanks all...i am learning my way around above water photography as well...i will work on the suggestions.
very nice colors and richness, center framing works well here IMHO
5 frame 1/2 stop HDR sunrise. Posted this in the Octoberfest, a little overcooked with the processing, trying for a more natural image here.
