(of England!) - some images from my trip last week to Yorkshire and Louth in Lincolnshire.
All with the E-M10 and Panasonic 12-32 lens.
Some from Scampston garden, near Malton. The newer section was partly designed and planted by Piet Oudolf, one of the heroes of the perennial planting school of garden design, and the older parkland was laid out by Capability Brown.

Then a couple from the Lincolnshire coast. First from Saltfleet:

then the typically English resort of Mablethorpe. Remember this was a glorious day in August, kids on their long summer break, and hardly anyone there. Unlike Skegness just down the road which was so heavingly busy I couldn't stand it and escaped without switching the camera on!
The beach and dunes:

and some charmingly tatty beach huts (unfair really as most of them were very smart)

Next - Lincoln Cathedral. An absolutely huge piece of mediaeval architecture, visible for many miles around as it's on one of the few hills in a very flat county. So big I couldn't get it all in the shot from fairly close, even with the 12-32mm lens:

Finally the old Gaol in Lincoln Castle - a fascinating bit of history
