The South Bank Show

    Last Saturday I had a "double-header" up in London, meeting some like-minded photo friends from the Leica Forum and then some mates of mine that I have known for over 30 years. I arrived early and strolled around the South Bank complex for a while. For those not familiar with it the architecture of the South Bank (of the Thames) by Waterloo is "1960s brutal" with some graffiti thrown in for good measure.

    Anyway, this is what my GRDIII saw...

    Great images here Bill. I'm being tempted by the GRD more each and every day - SiJ doesn't help - and this thread even less so :blush:

    nice shots! yes, the Southbank architecture is definitely from the time of "great things to do with concrete" :smile:
