middle for diddle for me - like the tone & has more information than 1
not overly fond of vignette but I prefer 1 to 3 by some margin
3 is fairly lifeless for me

My eyes like the top of #1, the bottom on #2 (below the top of the structure) and vote #3 as last place.

The middle one appeals to my eye. I like its tonality better than the other two.

I've decided I prefer the Silver Efex version myself (middle one). Interestingly the number of Flickr favourites is 5 for Tonality, 3 for Silver Efex, 2 for Analog Efex. I think Tonality here has produced a good clean image but it is slightly flat. I will experiment some more...

I think they all are capable to produce nice black-white images. It depends on what you would like to communicate. Personally I like the flexibility, powerful presets and simplicity of Silver Efex.
This scene is suited for a more gloomy, contrast-rich processing. Perhaps even the Noir preset that makes certain parts darker and increasing the tension. Vignetting contributes too. That's why #3 is #3 to me. #1 has a relatively blue-er cast on my screen compared to #2 although I think the vignetting is appropriate. So in the end my vote also goes to #2. But I am curious to see variations (presets, filters, and perhaps using the sliders).
Just my 2 cents and a highly subjective opinion.

I life the silver tonality of #1, but not the vignette
