Through Porta Palatina

    Entering from the northern gate of the old city of Turin (Augusta Taurinorum, a Roman castrum , ie fort). The center gate dates from 1st century, towers are a few centuries older (renovated in the 15th century), and the gate leads to this square:

    As noted in the other thread, I love your PP. This second shot is the one I think there's a before and after of in your Flickr set and you've really made the sky look nicely ominous... What are you using?

    It's a little fiddling in LR3, most of it is recovery for the sky. I'll share numbers of the settings when at home.
