To me as photo fan an issue that takes me away from Minus which I introduced and promoted here.
I wanna say "thank you" to Minus.com.
I was informed by mr John Xie that Minus will fix this issue shortly.

I'm glad to see that customer service is alive and well at Minus.com - and I must look into why they've chosen that name.
