It's Wednesday again. Sorry for the tardiness. A reminder of the rules for WhatIsItWednesday:

Each member gets one guess (unless no one is even close towards the end). The answer will be revealed on the following Tuesday. The first correct guess has the honour of submitting the image for the next challenge. Sometimes there will be more than one thing in the photo or more than one way to accurately describe what the photo represents. Specificity counts! Loops of wire/cable etc., possibly "ramp" for boat access? Looks like maybe at dock side. The loops are attached to a track, to allow the bundle to stretch out.

I follow Stephen, it has to be ramp, some sort. Maybe I'm fixated to airport but I say tube from terminal to airplane.

Car ferry with movable decks; this looks like the cables that can move out of the way as the deck goes up and down.
