This just has to be a mistake. I ordered a Panasonic 20mm lens from Warehouse deals. I ordered one marked "Like New" The shipping box is in perfect shape, but see the condition of the lens kit inside. I have to think this was meant to be shipped for an insurance claim, or just plain thrown away, and it was accidentally sent to me. The box it shipped in - undamaged What I got when I opened the box - a bag of loose parts The lens box as it was shipped to me. It was flat and in the bag. The lens -- note no front cap. Just rolling around unprotected (though it was in bubble wrap) The rear cap, damaged Of course, I'm returning it and they are covering the return charge, but I just can't believe they shipped this particular lens. It just has to be an error. I can't see them thinking they can pass this off as "like new" or that they even really wanted to ship it to a customer at all!
