I just happened to be nosing around another forum - X100 Forum - and found out that there's been a second firmware update. Not sure if you all knew or not. Here's the link thanks to a member over on X100 who apparently has or will have the X10 soon.

You're now on to 1.02 Firmware for X10 | Fujifilm Global

you should be able to figure it out...
Mine came with it installed. I think it was already out by the time it shipped anywhere beyond Japan and maybe Britain...

Thanks, BB. Anyone know the button pushing needed to check the firmware on the X10? It would be very helpful.

Just hold down the DISP/BACK button while you turn on the camera.

Thanks for that. Now if they could improve the AF accuracy with a firmware update...

I haven't had any trouble with it at all - I wonder if Archiver got a bad copy??? That said, I haven't been shooting macro or super macro (or whatever they call that <1cm mode), but for normal shooting, I'm finding the AF to be fine...
